How do I get quotes?
Describe your project, pick 3 companies from our network, and hit send. The pros contact you directly with their pricing — usually within hours.
Am I required to hire anyone?
Never. You're under zero obligation to hire any company that quotes you. Compare, ask questions, and decide entirely on your terms.
Are the companies vetted?
We curate our network based on Google ratings, focusing on 5-star companies in South Florida. We always recommend verifying a contractor's license with the Florida DBPR before hiring.
Which areas do you serve?
HomesDirect currently serves Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach County — the South Florida tri-county area.

How much does the PM plan cost?
Your first month is completely free. After that, FREE gives you access to register unlimited buildings, request quotes for each, and manage all projects from your PM dashboard. No contracts — cancel anytime.
How do I register a building?
After subscribing, you'll be taken to the building registration flow. Enter the building name, address, type (condo, apartment, office, etc.), number of units, county, and your contact information. You can add as many buildings as you manage.
Can I manage multiple buildings?
Yes — your FREE subscription covers unlimited buildings. Each appears in your PM dashboard with a "Request Quotes" button that pre-fills the building's address automatically.
Can I add buildings later?
Absolutely. From your PM dashboard, tap "Add Building" at any time to register additional properties under your account.
Is the building information shared?
Building details (name, address, type, county) are shared with the service companies you select when you submit a quote request for that building.
🔧 Service Companies
How much does a business listing cost?
Listing your company on HomesDirect is 100% free. No credit card, no contracts. We will notify all vendors at least 30 days before any pricing is introduced — which will be announced in advance with at least 30 days notice.
Does HomesDirect take a commission?
Never. You win the job, you keep 100% of it. We only charge the flat FREE listing fee — nothing else, ever.
How does my company get selected?
Homeowners and property managers browse the vendor list for their selected category and manually choose which 3 companies to contact. A strong star rating and complete listing profile help you get selected more often.
Can I list in multiple categories?
Yes — during setup you can select all the service categories your company covers. Your listing will appear in each one.
